I've decided to do a 10-day cleanse with a break in the middle for girls' night while my husband is out of town. I have been so hungry lately - never feeling full - and am wondering if my body is just not getting the nutrients its needs from the fuel I am putting in. My goals include:
- Feeling less toxic
- Having more energy
- Weening myself of of coffee
- Clearing up my skin
- Getting bikini ready for our trip in February
- Increase veggie intake, decrease meat intake but still eat delicious food
- Severely decrease dairy intake
Today's menu:
Green Smoothie - avocado, cucumber, apple, coconut water, romaine

Mood:
Lonely since Alexander left to go out of town; fearful of what feeling may come up when I don't mask them with food; hopeful for feeling more positive and energetic
